You will be based in Baker Street and working within the Digital Marketing team, providing support for the implementation of Group social media and digital content strategies. You’ll be assisting in a range of areas; from social media content production, copywriting, and digital analytics. This is an exciting role to develop skills in the ever-evolving digital landscape within the property industry.

 

Responsibilities

 

General:

 

Prepare well-structured copy using CMS to promote our products and services
Develop engaging, creative and innovative content for multiple platforms, including social channels, landing pages, email marketing, videos, and blogs
Monitor and analyse the performance of key channels and spot trends to offer suggestions for improvement in social and content strategies
Use SEO strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of Knight Frank services and channels
Collaborate with wider Marcomms teams on key projects and campaigns to deliver best-in-class social and digital solutions
Support the social and digital marketing leads on implementing strategies to achieve business objectives, including audits, analysis, presentations, pitches and proposals and reporting
Work closely with external agencies to deliver digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, including paid and organic social media
Assist with ad-hoc social media and digital marketing training by being an expert advisor on best practice and policy
Visit local offices to assist with branch level content creation


Systems & IT competence:

 

Microsoft Office Suite
Keyword research tools such as SEMRush, Conductor or equivalent
Social Media tools including Emplifi, Later.com, Sked Social or similar
Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Premiere Pro) desirable but not essential 


Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile

 

Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required:

 

Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
Impeccable grasp of the English language and creative flair with words 
Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
Familiarity with each client's requirements and the company's brand image, products, and services
