Why Knight Frank?

Role:

We are seeking a Social Impact Manager to join our Corporate ESG Team, primarily to oversee our new strategic partnership with our selected charity partner. This role will drive the implementation of a UK-wide social impact programme, promote a strong volunteering culture, and embed our ESG ambition to ‘Strengthen our Communities.’ Additionally, the role will support broader Corporate Community Investment initiatives to maximise the social impact of our charity-based activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of our strategic partnership and other organisations involved, alongside existing corporate charitable investments.

  • Ensure the programme is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Support governance and management of additional charity partnerships to maximise shared value in corporate community investment.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate ESG Team to apply the ‘Business for Social Impact’ (B4SI) approach for reporting, goal-setting, and assessing social impact.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage employees in our strategic partnership and other initiatives.
  • Foster a strong volunteering culture within Knight Frank, maximising participation across teams.
  • Ensure volunteering opportunities are delivered to a high standard and work with HR/Insight to monitor and evaluate participation.
  • Work with Marketing, Internal Comms, and PR to embed our ‘Strengthening our Communities’ purpose and showcase community impact.
  • Build strong internal stakeholder relationships to drive company-wide engagement.
  • Support the development of clear processes for social impact decision-making and manage the Charities Aid Foundation relationship.

Key Experience Required:

  • Passion for creating positive change in local communities and delivering on corporate ESG ambitions.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in community engagement, social impact, and corporate partnerships, with advantageous (but not essential) experience in community sport for social change.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including leading corporate volunteering programmes and fostering cross-team collaboration with senior leaders, external partners, and clients.
  • Expertise in impact measurement, reporting, and programme delivery, with a creative mindset for volunteering, engagement, and partnership development.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and networking skills, recognising community engagement as a brand-building tool, with flexibility for national travel.
