On behalf of our client, Rockwell, we are looking to recruit a Site Sales Negotiator to join the team on a permanent basis for the outstanding Hurlingham Waterfront development in Wandsworth.

 

This role offers the opportunity to be part of one of London’s most exclusive new-build projects, launched in June 2023 and set for completion in summer 2025. The development features luxury apartments priced between £650,000 and £3.7 million.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3+ years’ experience in New Homes, Off-Plan Sales, Estate Agency or Customer Service
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A keen interest in New Build developments
  • A solid understanding of the London property market (preferred)
