We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Sales Negotiator with a proven track record of reaching/exceeding targets to join our Residential Development department in Canary Wharf. You will be based at one of London's tallest prime residential towers which provides uninterrupted views across the River Thames and the entire city. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. 


Responsibilities will include: 

  • Actively managing existing buyers/contacts and converting them to sales for our core market New Home schemes. 
  • Generating new buyers/business/contacts through networking and any other means. 
  • Assisting with and attending launches and events.
  • Negotiating sales through to the exchange of contracts. 
  • Maintaining an excellent level of market awareness and building market intelligence. 


The ideal candidate will have experience in New Homes Sales and in a London residential agency. They will be able to motivate, direct, coach and delegate to subordinates and possess a keen awareness of markets within the area.
