The role


On behalf of our client Eco-World we are recruiting for a Site Sales Negotiator to be based in the marketing suite on site. The development is based in Poplar and we are appointed as sole Global Sales Agents on the latest phase of this exciting residential redevelopment. Construction is well underway with the first completions due from September 2021 and the next group in Q2 2022. The development also benefits from Help to Buy.


Your primary objective will be to sell the development to prospective purchasers initially off plan with the aid of the marketing suite and show apartments. Over 90% of the apartments qualify for Help to Buy on price grounds. A range of purchaser amenities are available for buyers and the project is competitively priced to surrounding schemes.


Experience in selling New Homes would be an advantage but not essential, residential sales experience is a requirement. The successful applicant will have worked in a competitive environment where they have shown initiative to drive sales and to put the customer at the heart of the purchasing process whilst maintaining the administration required for their role.


The role will be on a rotational basis 5 days a week with another co-worker to ensure the marketing suite is open 7 days a week.




  • Outbound and inbound sales calls
  • Sales presentations in person and virtually
  • Negotiating offers
  • Client Due Diligence and Anti Money Laundering
  • Sales progression from offer to completion
  • Database (CRM) management
  • Reporting, daily and weekly activity reports
  • Providing client management and support, whilst maintaining a high professional profile
  • Build excellent relationships with the client
  • Meet individual sales targets


Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required


  • A strong focus on sales
  • A sound knowledge and keen awareness of the competition is essential, as is knowledge of markets within the area.
  • IT - web/email/excel literate
  • Demonstrable sales and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve success
  • Confident with presenting to small groups of buyers
  • Confident communication skills
  • Drive and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually
  • Regular weekend work will be required
