On behalf of our client Peabody we are recruiting for a Site Sales Negotiator to be based in a new state of the art marketing suite. The development is based in Lewisham and we have been appointed as sole Global Sales Agents on the final phase of this exciting residential redevelopment. Construction is well underway with the first completions due in Summer 2022.

 

Your primary objective will be to sell the development to prospective purchasers initially off plan with the aid of the marketing suite and show apartments. Over 90% of the apartments will qualify for Help to Buy on price grounds. A range of purchaser amenities as well as car parking will be available for buyers.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Negotiating offers
  • Buyer registration and presentations.
  • Providing client management and support, whilst maintaining a high professional profile
  • Build excellent relationships with the client
  • Meet individual sales targets
  • Manage a register of active applicants
  • Manage transactions proactively from reservation through to completion
  • Provide weekly feedback on development sales and progress to clients and colleagues

 

Professional experience and personal skills profile

 

  • Experience in selling New Homes would be an advantage but not essential. The successful applicant will have worked in a competitive environment where they have shown initiative to drive sales and to put the customer at the heart of the purchasing process.

 

Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required

 

  • Demonstrable sales and negotiation skills
  • A sound knowledge and keen awareness of the competition is essential, as is knowledge of markets within the area.
  • IT - web/email literate
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve success
  • Confident with presenting to small groups of buyers
  • Confident communication skills
  • Drive and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Regular weekend work will be required
