This role will be to work as part of our high performing King’s Cross sales team.  King’s Cross is one of the largest and most successful redevelopments in London. Over the past 20 years, what was an underused industrial site has been transformed and rejuvenated with new streets, squares and parks, homes, shops, offices, galleries, bars, restaurants, schools, and the home of Central Saint Martins University.

 

This year will include the launch of the final residential building at King’s Cross and the successful candidate will be required to work as part of the team in delivering sales and achieving targets on this exciting project, as well as on the remaining apartments in the existing phases.

 

Responsibilities

 

 

General

  1. Thorough knowledge of the apartments and the development
  2. To achieve / exceed income and sales targets
  3. Proactively contact prospective purchasers from our databases to generate new leads
  4. Knowledge of the status of each unit/sale and liaison with purchasers, solicitors and developer where necessary to drive sales to exchange
  5. Report sales progress and activity daily
  6. To engage in regular sales and marketing meetings with the developer client
  7. Research into the local competition/market
  8. Feed into marketing and sales initiatives
  9. The role will involve Saturday work

 

 

 Client Care

  1. Knowledge of each potential purchaser’s requirements
  2. Following up leads/visitors
  3. Develop and enhance relationships within Knight Frank to optimise results from numerous channels
  4. Ensure marketing suite and show apartment are pristine and perfectly presented

 

Professional Standards

  1. Awareness of, and adherence to, on-site Health & Safety requirements
  2. Awareness of, and adherence to, any procedures relating to Money Laundering
  3. Maintenance of any reporting/visitor registration systems
  4. Keep all sales/plot files up to date
  5. Undertaking of daily checks of the presentation of the sales suite and show units
  6. Undertaking of daily checks of the literature, price lists and stationery

 

Team

  1. Reporting of any concerns with regard to any of the above to the Sales Manager immediately

 

Professional experience and personal skills profile

  1. Web/email literate
  2. Word/Excel literate
  3. Database experience
  4. Training on in-house systems on arrival
  5. Sales and negotiating skills essential
  6. Literate and numerate
  7. Co-operative and helpful attitude
  8. Organised and flexible, hands-on person
  9. Professional and well presented
  10. Must be familiar with area of business

 

Particular Aptitudes required

 

  1. 1 Year minimum new homes or similar experience
  2. The experience and ability to make and maintain contacts for the profitable development of business
  3. The capacity to promote the professional image of the business effectively
  4. The ability and willingness to accept responsibility for any delegated management tasks
  5. Good time management skills
