A successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team in delivering sales and achieving targets.

 

Responsibilities

 

 

General

  1. Report sales progress and activity daily
  2. Thoroigh knowldeg of product
  3. To engage in regular sales and marketing meetings with developer client
  4. To achieve / exceed income and sales targets
  5. Knowledge of the status of each unit/sale and liaison with purchasers, solicitors and developer where necessary
  6. Research into the local competition/market

 

Client Care

  1. Knowledge of each potential purchaser’s requirements
  2. Following up leads/visitors
  3. Develop and enhance relationships within KF to optimise results from numerous channels
  4. Ensure marketing suite and show apartment are pristine and perfectly presented

 

Professional Standards

  1. Awareness of, and adherence to, on-site Health & Safety requirements
  2. Awareness of, and adherence to, any procedures relating to Money Laundering
  3. Maintenance of any reporting/visitor registration systems
  4. Keep all sales/plot files up to date
  5. Undertaking of daily checks of the presentation of the sales suite and show units
  6. Undertaking of daily checks of the literature, price lists and stationery

 

Team

  1. Reporting of any concerns with regard to any of the above to the Team Leader or Sales Manager immediately
  2. Ensuring colleagues are updated with sales progress / interest when leave is taken
  3. Working closely with local offices and head office to drive interest to site

 

Professional experience and personal skills profile

  1. Experience in new homes sales
  2. Web/email literate
  3. Word/Excel literate
  4. Database experience
  5. Training on in-house systems on arrival
  6. Sales and negotiating skills essential
  7. Literate and numerate
  8. Co-operative and helpful attitude
  9. Organised and flexible, hands-on person
  10. Professional and well presented
  11. Must be familiar with area of business

 

 

Particular Aptitudes required

  1. 1 Year minimum new homes or similar experience
  2. The experience and ability to make and maintain contacts for the profitable development of business
  3. The capacity to promote the professional image of the business effectively
  4. The ability and willingness to accept responsibility for any delegated management tasks
  5. Good time management skills
