A great opportunity has arisen to join us here at Knight Frank, and we are currently seeking a Site Sales Manager to join our New Homes team in Brentford.  

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service to the team, ensuring the smooth running of a busy marketing suite, and ensuring the sales team achieve their sales targets.

 

In the Site Sales Manager role, you will be responsible for:

  • Achieving sales targets and selling units as profitably as possible
  • Attending divisional meetings and presenting performance
  • Hosting and reporting sales progress and activity weekly to client via sales meetings
  • Gaining a thorough knowledge of product
  • Researching into the competition and market
  • Liaising with purchasers, solicitors, and developers where necessary
  • Managing a sales team of negotiators
  • Gaining knowledge of each potential purchaser’s requirements and following up leads / visitors
  • Developing and enhancing relationships within Knight Frank to optimise results from numerous channels
  • Ensuring marketing suite and show apartments are pristine and perfectly presented
  • Awareness of all responsibilities as detailed in the Site Sales Manual as well as awareness / adherence to on-site Health and Safety requirements and Anti-Money Laundering
  • Maintaining reporting / visitor registration systems as well as keeping all sales / plot files and other information up to date
  • Reporting of any concerns to the Department Head
  • The ongoing training of junior team members and ensuring all team members complete their sales progression

 

To be successful in the Site Sales Manager role, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in New Homes sales is preferred
  • An organized, flexible, and co-operative nature
  • Strong sales and negotiating skills
  • Computer literacy including email, Word, and Excel
  • Professional and well presented
  • Literate and numerate
