Knight Frank is looking to hire a Senior Surveyor / Associate to join London Tenant Representation in our Commercial Division.

Role:

Our London Tenant Representation department is a young, dynamic and diverse team that is currently looking for a qualified Senior Surveyor / Associate to join and help build the exciting growth trajectory this team is on.  This role will involve working closely with the Department Head / Partner in charge of the City office based team in managing transactions from start to finish and supporting on all aspects of providing strategic advice to office occupiers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with existing occupier client instructions, including but not limited to;
      • Advising clients on real estate strategy both long and short-term.
      • Initiating strategy.
      • Client reporting.
      • Proactively identifying suitable properties for clients.
      • Preparing and undertaking client viewing tours.
      • Negotiating Heads of Terms.
      • Reviewing commercial lease terms.
      • Negotiating surrender agreements.
  • Leading and managing your own client instructions
  • Assisting with securing new business, which will include preparing and attending pitches.
  • Build and maintain a network of client contacts.
  • Work within our existing client base to build long-term relationships.
  • Be sensitive to changes in the market you are operating in/sectors you are advising and respond effectively.
  • Maintain a high professional profile and be continually alert to new business opportunities.
  • Ensure the efficient administration of all relevant Quality Assurance procedures.
  • Be a key contact for the support and progression of our early careers talent.
  • Understand all aspects of information technology systems particular to the office/department.

 

Key Experience Required:

  • MRICS qualified.
  • Ideally 2+ years plus of tenant representation or leasing experience.
