Senior Surveyor, Capital Markets

Our London Capital Markets & Development Team is expanding and is seeking either a Senior Surveyor or Associate to join this market leading team. 

Working mainly in support of a Partner you will have the opportunity to become involved in some of Central London’s most high profile instructions, helping to maintain and develop key skills to assist our Clients.

Your main day to day role will involve:-

• Assisting with Development Consultancy work including preparing report and appraisals
• Assisting in Restructuring of long leasehold agreements to facilitate redevelopment
• Assist with acquisitions and disposals within Central London
• Maintaining market facing development databases  

You will be degree educated and RICS qualified, with robust valuation experience and a strong lease advisory and/or a valuation background in the Central London market. The ideal candidate would be technically minded with an appetite to work on some of the capital’s most complex and challenging buildings. They will also have a strong work ethic, rigorous attention to detail and confident presentation skills. The role will require advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

This role is to be based principally in our City Office near St Pauls with the ability to work in our Baker Street when required.
