Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day interactions with buyers, including arranging viewings, providing expert advice, and securing sales in a competitive market.
• Leverage the high volume of enquiries our Dulwich office receives to generate property viewings and close deals efficiently.
• Maintain precise records on our internal database, ensuring all buyer and property information is up to date.
• Professionally handle inquiries from various channels, including internet, phone, and walk-ins, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Conduct property viewings and proactively follow up on feedback from prospective buyers, capitalising on every opportunity to close a sale.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator, with a strong track record in closing deals.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships with vendors and buyers.
• A thorough understanding of the Dulwich property market, including current trends, property values, and local competition, is highly advantageous.
• Self-sufficient, motivated, and driven with a passion for delivering outstanding results in a high-performing office environment.
