Senior Sales Negotiator, Fulham

Knight Frank is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator into their busy Fulham office. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work in a fast paced office within a dynamic team, selling properties up to £2.5m in value within the Fulham and Parsons Green area. 

The team pride themselves on offering the best in class service to their vendors and buyers and are looking for a team member who can continue to offer an exceptional service. We are looking to recruit someone that’s ambitious, self-motivated and passionate about overall customer service.

You will be responsible for:

• The day-to-day management of applicants which will include generating viewings and obtaining sales on properties
• Maintaining records on our internal database
• Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk- ins, in a professional manner
• Conducting viewings with prospective buyers and following up on feedback from these

You would ideally have experience working as a Senior Sales Negotiator, or have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience working in a sales or customer service driven role, and will have excellent customer service skills. You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with buyers and vendors, whilst also having a proven track record in closing deals. It would be beneficial to have good knowledge of the South West London property market.
