Senior Research Analyst

Our Commercial Research department are looking to recruit a Senior Research Analyst to join their successful team. In the Senior Research Analyst role you will be responsible for providing market research, data and commentary on the UK real estate commercial market with a focus on the logistics sector. You will be working within the Commercial Research Department, as an analyst and working directly with Industrial Agency and Capital Markets teams on a day-to-day basis in order to achieve their business strategy.

In the Senior Research Analyst role you will be:

• Responsible for the production of market research and commentary on the UK logistics and commercial real estate market
• Deliver insightful analysis of the logistics market including occupier market, investment market and performance metrics
• Providing support to our transactional teams through the provision of market information and insight to assist in delivering fee income
• Working with our data to maintain and develop our databases
• Using your excel skills to manipulated and present data
• Compile information and content for an agreed programme of market reports and thematic research reports
• Compile data and create presentations for clients and internal stakeholders

We are ideally looking for someone who has experience in real estate research and has a good blend of qualitative and quantitative skills, with strong data and analytical tool set.  You will have a knowledge of property market data sources, occupational and investment transactions and the wider property market and will have a good understanding of the drives of the real estate markets.  You will have experience of using data presentation software such as PowerBi, Tableau or Flourish.
