Senior Property Manager

Based in our Global HQ at 55 Baker Street our Residential Lettings Management department is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Property Manager.  This is an incredible opportunity to join a team of experienced Property Management professionals and to support our landlords and tenants with the management of their residential lettings portfolios.  You will be working as a part of a collaborative, fast paced and hardworking team who pride themselves on offering a best in class services to all our clients.

In the Senior Property Manager role you will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of properties in London and providing exceptional customer service to the tenant and the landlords at all times
• Providing a full property management service, dealing with any maintenance issues
• Carrying out pre-tenancy works and facilitate property visits annually
• Coordinating and overseeing any refurbishment projects where applicable
• Ensuring that service contracts and maintenance contracts that are in place are kept up to date, in-line with the requirements in the contract

The experience required for the Senior Property Manager role:

• ARLA Qualified
• Exceptional customer service experience
• Experience of managing difficult conversations and a proven ability to build strong professional relationships internally and externally
• Confident communicator with clients and colleagues
• Residential Lettings Management experience
