Senior Prime Sales Negotiator, North Surrey

Our Country Department are looking to recruit a North Surrey Prime Sales Specialist to maintain and grow our strong market share in the Prime and Super Prime markets. You will be based between our Baker Street head office and the North Surrey offices, so it is important that you can work independently and be happy to travel.

This role will allow you to have privileged access to some of the most important and highest value properties in the area including listings on the famous private estates, Wentworth and St George’s Hill. You will be instructed to find buyers, negotiate sales, and build knowledge of the region, together with a keen awareness of local competition.

The ideal candidate is either operating in the Central London property market or in the Surrey/Home Counties region and is likely to have 3+ years sales experience. We would consider candidates from sales and lettings backgrounds as long as they have a strong track record selling and progressing transactions.
