Senior Lettings Negotiator

Based in our Aldgate office our Residential Lettings Business are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator to work alongside the Head of Aldgate Lettings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to let a variety of properties in the Aldgate and surrounding areas.

Within the Senior Lettings Negotiator role you will be responsible for:

• The day-to-day management of tenants, which will include generating viewings and obtaining lets on properties
• Maintaining records on internal databases, as well as
• Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk- ins, in a professional manner
• Conducting viewings with prospective tenants and following up on feedback from these
• Generating and performing market appraisals and valuing properties in the areas we cover

The successful candidate will have experience working as a Lettings Negotiator and will have excellent customer service skills.  You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients, whilst also having a proven track record in closing deals. It would be beneficial to have a good knowledge of the local area, with an up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition.
