As part of our Marketing & Communications team, you will provide support to our UK and global offices by formulating and implementing relevant strategies and campaigns. You will be responsible for all communications activity, and most importantly – you will change the way we communicate within Knight Frank. So, if you are an experienced Internal Communications Executive with a strong focus on attention to detail, exemplary communication skills and the drive to work in an ambitious team, then this role is for you.

 

In the Senior Communications Executive role, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Implementing global internal communications activity, including shaping, planning, production, and execution
  • Generating news and content for our channels and finding innovative ways to engage our people
  • Planning, managing, and owning the corporate internal communications content schedule
  • Managing, updating, and driving traffic to internal communications content on our digital platforms
  • Promoting the internal communications function within the business
  • Helping our people become better communicators and making better use of existing communication channels

 

To be successful in the Senior Communications Executive role, you will have the following skills and experience:

 

  • 3-5 years of internal communications experience – professional services experience is advantageous
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering effective communications campaigns – experience of delivering global communications campaigns is advantageous
  • Previous experience supporting the implementation of a new intranet platform would be advantageous
  • Great networking and advocacy skills with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong sense of creativity, an eye for design and excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office software and basic Photoshop skills
