An exciting new opportunity to join us here at Knight Frank has become available, and we are currently seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of Europe.


You will be responsible for proactively managing the Managing Director of Europe’s day to day, including providing right hand assistance in a discreet, diplomatic and efficient manner whilst offering solutions, ideas and making judgements and decisions on behalf of the Managing Director of Europe as and when required. 

In the Senior Executive Assistant role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing 1:1 Senior Executive assistance to Leadership Head
  • Managing and coordinating all Board and Strategy monthly meetings, including the production of board packs, Strategy Away Day packs, minute taking and distribution
  • Supporting the Managing Director of Europe and his attendance at the Global Strategy Board
  • Coordinating stakeholder attendance and paperwork for Committee meetings
  • Supporting and maintaining schedules through extensive and proactive diary and email management, organization of meetings, viewings, and conference calls
  • Preparing detailed itineraries and travel packs for corporate travel
  • Maintaining collaborative relationships with clients, managers, and employees in the European networks
  • Providing ad-hoc assistance to other business support as and when required
  • Working closely with the Leadership Head on the management of the Three-Year Plan process to ensure the business area is on track to achieve its goals
  • Working closely with the Leadership Head and International Finance Business Partner on financial management for Europe where appropriate
  • Managing all renumerations meetings
  • Supporting the Leadership Head with the process procedures in Europe to ensure a streamlined service
  • Adding inspections and new instructions on HUB, whilst also ensuring client records are maintained and ‘cleaned’ regularly
  • Becoming an expert on the information security policy and procedures and becoming the main point of contact in terms of reporting and escalating issues
  • Updating and maintaining correct contact information on Knight Frank platforms
  • Managing and delivering of ad-hoc projects and implementing effective project management governance
  • Ensuring you are up to date on all tools / brand guidelines / and liaising with marketing regarding all collateral needs, including producing presentations, event invites, research documents, and all other relevant marketing materials
  • Creating pitches with in-house creative and business development teams; including liaising with printers to ensure a smooth process
  • Assisting the Client Relationship Partner, Assistant, and Executive with a set of core tasks related to the firms most important clients
  • Managing, coordinating, and attending business area / firm wide events; including project managing some events from the initial brainstorm to delivery


To be successful in the Senior Executive Assistant role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • 3 years’ plus experience at Senior Executive level
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office
