The Role


Knight Frank are underway with what will be a period of rapid digital transformation across the business evolving our existing web-presence and generating better lead insight. The business is investing heavily in ‘digital’ and we have a real opportunity to help market the brand via digital channels.


We are looking to hire a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to sit within our 6-person Digital Marketing team, a centralised team that supports our global network of offices. The team has a very clear vision: to increase brand impressions across digital channels, and deliver high quality leads into the business, whilst maintaining our brand reputation.


The Digital Market Team support both the UK and international business in delivering their objectives.  As part of the digital team, you’ll be responsible for many projects that will require broad marketing experience. You will support the digital leadership team in delivering our ever-evolving media strategy. The team has a very clear vision: to increase brand impressions across digital channels, and deliver high quality leads into the business, whilst maintaining our brand reputation.


Responsibilities include:


  • Build and manage a rich/broad digital activity calendar that attracts a new and existing audience to our brand. Core activity to include;
    • Paid Social Media
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Utilising SEO to; carry out SEO campaigns with an aim of increasing traffic to site, create and implement marketing strategies, support and plan content, build social content, support tech SEO decisions.
  • Ability to support on other digital marketing when required, areas include;
    • Organic social
    • Affiliate marketing (portal experience beneficial)
    • Email Marketing
    • Paid digital platforms
  • Ability to work with data analytics platforms relevant to the channels listed above to successfully execute strategy (example: Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics)
  • Work with data/insights teams to review campaign performance.
  • Execute both tactical and strategic digital marketing activity within agreed schedule and budget.
  • Ensure that colleagues and internal teams are fully briefed regarding campaigns; documents, agreed actions and timeframes.
  • Optimize our lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels


Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile


  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent working experience.
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a broad digital marketing role, ideally with relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience working within a digital agency.
  • Experience in digital marketing supported by relevant qualifications.
  • Experience must include; social media, paid search, email marketing.
  • Strong understanding and experience with digital marketing tools.
  • Solid understanding of the digital marketing channels and their responsibility in delivering leads for the business.
  • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
