Senior Business Analyst

Knight Frank is looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to join their London based Projects Department within our growing Business Analysis function.

We are building a truly exceptional team of Business Analysts and the ideal candidate will be keen to share their BA expertise and embed best practice alongside delivering across their projects.

What You’ll Work On

Our Senior Business Analysts require broad BA skills as they work across a range of projects from in-house system development and end-to-end process re-engineering through to selecting and implementing new technology. A standard project may include:

Process Engineering:

• Mapping processes to streamline and identify savings, waste and areas for improvement
• Shadowing stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities
• Advocating process adherence, highlighting exceptions and opportunities within processes
• Understanding existing capabilities and exploring new technologies to enhance current ways of working

Working with stakeholders:  

• Leading workshops for requirement elicitation and process and solution walkthroughs
• Ensuring that there is a client and user centric experience embedded within our improvements
• Balancing the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholder groups across the business
• Being pragmatic and able to challenge decisions appropriately

Working with our development teams: 

• Defining Epics, Features and user stories that drive appropriate solutions
• Creating and communicating end-to-end user task flows, UI specifications and wire frame designs
• Writing clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria that both business and technical stakeholders can understand
• Delivering system development through user stories with an understanding of value as a key driver

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with process improvement experience
• 2+ years’ experience of Agile delivery, such as Scrum or Scaled Agile
• An articulate self-starter with the ability to problem solve and prioritise work effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Ideally hold relevant BA qualifications such as BCS Diploma in Business Analysis, Agile BA Practitioner or Lean Six Sigma (Green belt)
