Senior Business Analyst (12 Month FTC)
Knight Frank is looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to join our Technology, Project Team at 55 Baker Street.

Role:
We are looking for a business analyst who can not only support major projects but also adapt and manage smaller changes effectively, if necessary. This role requires flexibility and the ability to respond to evolving business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Observe and analyse current work practices to identify improvement areas.
- Apply data-driven methodologies like DMAIC for process enhancement.
- Analyse source and target data systems to identify discrepancies and business rules.
- Ensure accurate, compliant data migration through optimal approaches.
- Recommend changes to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
- Use problem-solving techniques to support teams in root cause analysis.
- Implement monitoring systems to sustain successful process improvements.
- Build rapport with frontline staff and foster trust.
- Effectively engage senior stakeholders, presenting findings and forecasts concisely.
- Ensure end-to-end user-centric processes and workflows.
- Pragmatically make decisions and negotiate with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrate experience with in-house and outsourced development providers.
- Communicate effectively, tailoring presentations to diverse audiences.
- Create documentation, wireframes, and training materials to support delivery and understanding.
- Gather data to ensure changes achieve desired results and meet service levels.
Key Experience Required:
- 10 years+ in a Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst role.
- Experience of working on both business and technical projects.
- Ideally hold relevant Business Analysis qualifications, such as: APMP International - BA, Agile BA Practitioner, BCS Certificate in Business Analysis / Modelling Business Processes / Requirements Engineering etc.
- Six Sigma or Lean (Green or Black belt) accreditation (beneficial).
- Experience of other project disciplines (Testing etc) (beneficial).
