An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us here at Knight Frank, and we are currently seeking a Senior Analyst / Associate to join our Valuation & Advisory department, working in the Financial Modelling & Analysis team.

 

Based in our Global HQ at Baker Street, you will be contributing to the preparation of financial models, analysis, and client reporting for a range of clients and colleagues from across the business. As the work carried out by the Financial Modelling & Analysis team continues to grow, you will be given great opportunities to develop to ensure that the team continues to offer the level of service required by the business.

 

In the Senior Analyst role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with and creating bespoke financial models and detailed analysis for investors, developers, and public bodies across all sectors
  • Contributing to the preparation of ongoing periodic / ad-hoc financial models and reporting to internal and external clients
  • Cleansing, collecting, and monitoring client data held in numerous databases used to prepare client reports and analysis
  • Ensuring consistency of reporting processes and that consistent data sources are being used across all the reports and analytics
  • Assisting in the continuous development of first-class financial modelling and client reporting
  • Using analytical tools to prepare Dashboards and other Data visualisations to present performance, geographical and sector split of real estate assets

 

To be successful in the Senior Analyst role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Experience of all Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail, and a methodical and organized approach to work and numeracy
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines
  • Willingness and flexibility to work as part of a team
  • Understanding and experience of the real estate industry is ideal
