A great opportunity has arisen to join us here at Knight Frank, and we are currently seeking a Sales Negotiator to join our New Homes team.


The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team in delivering sales and achieving targets.


In the Sales Negotiator role, you will be responsible for:

  • Achieving sales targets and selling units as profitably as possible
  • Attending regular sales meetings and departmental updates
  • Reporting sales progress and activity both internally and to clients
  • Delivering thorough knowledge of the new homes products across London
  • Researching into the competition and market
  • Collaborating with other Knight Frank departments to make referrals and generate more business
  • Liaising with purchasers, solicitors, and developers where necessary
  • Developing and growing relationships with potential purchasers to deliver great customer service
  • Keeping in regular contact with buyers to ensure all their property requirements are met
  • Ensuring all transactions exchange and complete on time
  • Recording all sales data and feedback on Knight Frank’s CRM system
  • Building and maintaining goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times


To be successful in the Sales Negotiator role, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in New Homes sales is preferred
  • An organized, flexible, and co-operative nature
  • Strong sales and negotiating skills
  • Computer literacy including email, Word, and Excel
  • Professional and well presented
  • Literate and numerate
