Our London Sales department is looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our busy and high-performing Wimbledon team.
We are the world’s leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 20,000 people in 600+ Offices across 50 Territories.
We are looking for a proactive, driven individual who is well-acquainted with the Wimbledon and South West London property market. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead market appraisals, develop a robust sales strategy and efficiently manage buyer relationships. This is a unique opportunity to expand a core sales business, building on Knight Frank’s established and respected brand presence in the region.
Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Secure property instructions within company guidelines to achieve business targets.
- Effectively lead and manage a team of Negotiators and Senior Negotiators/Associates.
- Establish and maintain a strong local presence to secure introductions to potential clients.
- Source buyers and negotiate property sales.
Client Relations & Care
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with all stakeholders to ensure professional business management.
- Stay responsive to local market changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
Professional Standards & Management
- Oversee the smooth and efficient administration of business operations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the sales market and a thorough awareness of competitors.
- Conduct precise research and present findings to a high professional standard.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring trust, confidentiality, and the firm’s professional image are upheld.
- Take responsibility for delegated management tasks with accountability.
Experience & Skills
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in roles such as Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, or Valuer.
- Familiarity with the South West London property market is highly desirable.
