Knight Frank Finance/Oriel Finance is a boutique mortgage finance specialist born out of one of the world’s largest property consultancies, Knight Frank.

 

We provide loans and offer expertise where others are unable. Our approach is holistic; we use our wealth of contacts to deliver mortgage solutions and so much more.

 

The role will be responsible for managing and mentoring a small sales team to support the head of sales in the branch, ensuring that the client is central to the success of the business.

 

The role will also require the person to sit on the Knight Frank Finance/Oriel Finance Management Committee and will be accountable for their responsibilities as a member of the management team

 

Scope of the role

 Managing a team of consultants in delivering against both their individual business plans and the wider Knight Frank Finance financial targets.

Team

  • Regular coaching and 1:1s (formal quarterly / monthly) to provide clear feedback on performance and behaviour with direct reports to support annual objectives and deal with any issues
  • Developing a positive culture across teams that embraces and contributes ideas to KFF strategy and initiatives
  • Managing their team and ensuring that the consultants are delivering against their individual business plans.

Strategy and Business Planning

  • Clearly defined objectives, aligned with wider KFF plans communicated to all direct reports
  • Periodic reviews of the objectives with direct reports with action plans in place to maximise opportunities or for any  underperforming areas

  • Implementation of policies and procedures across the KFF business
