Sales Manager, Chelsea

Knight Frank is looking for a Sales Manager to come in and run the Core Sales market up to £3.5m in our prestigious Chelsea office.

You will be expected to obtain instructions on properties of a suitable quality and in sufficient quantity to achieve agreed business targets, find buyers and negotiate the sale of properties and most importantly, understand the area and have a sound knowledge of property values.

You will also be responsible to lead and inspire a team of negotiators to achieve their KPI's.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record as a Sales Manager or Valuer and will most likely have previous experience in the Prime Central London property market.

They are also likely to have some management capability and the ability to contribute to the formulation of business strategies as well as a willingness and flexibility to work loyally as part of a team. It would be beneficial to have good knowledge of the Chelsea, Belgravia & Kensington areas.
