Knight Frank LLP advise on some of the finest properties in the world, and provide expert market analysis to our clients. We are now looking for a Residential PR executive to join our in-house PR team.  

This role will support the PR strategies for the residential London and Country divisions of Knight Frank. This includes our network of sales and lettings offices in London and across the UK, plus specialist teams located in our HQ on Baker Street. 
 
We are looking for a capable, articulate and efficient individual with an understanding of communications and the media landscape. The candidate should be self-sufficient and able to confidentially manage multiple deadlines. You will have a genuine interest in property and would love the opportunity to tell the story of the UK’s fascinating homes.  

 

Key responsibilities:  

 

  • Support the London and Country PR managers on a day to day basis as necessary
  • Proactively generate media coverage for clients, agents and Knight Frank research by identifying feature opportunities, trends in the property market and selling features in to publications
  • Build strong relationships with UK national, consumer and trade journalists  
  • Manage weekly forward features and incoming media requests 
  • Work closely with our local offices to maximise press coverage for property launches  and property market stories 
  • Assist with creating PR strategies and press releases to support new property launches and corporate announcements  
  • Place spokesperson commentary and thought leadership pieces in the UK’s national, consumer and trade press  
  • Visit our local offices and attend property launches as required
  • Work closely with our in-house residential research team to support the promotion of market reports and data  
  • Support reporting to stakeholders on a regular basis 
  • Compile and implement an annual news calendar to hijack media events
  • Attend journalist briefings as required  
  • Attend internal and external meetings to advise agents and clients on PR opportunities and strategy
