The role

 

Based within the Central Marketing team at our headquarters in Baker Street, you will support the Head of UK Residential Marketing in key brand and marketing projects, as well as leading the marketing for The Buying Solution, Knight Frank’s independent buying agency and the Rural Advisory and Asset Management division. This role requires exceptional project management skills; excellent client management skills, a collaborative approach, plus proven experience across all marketing channels.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage a wide variety of marketing projects, including taking the appropriate brief, setting up cross-team project teams, delivering on-time and on-budget
  • Analyse and evaluate project briefs to recommend and manage the most efficient approach to delivery 
  • Brief and manage relationships with external agencies
  • Work with the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure efficient and effective project management of each work stream within the strategy, in order to deliver on time, on budget and with a flawless attention to detail
  • Work in collaboration with channel delivery teams throughout the Business
  • Advise and manage on project budgets
  • Track the effectiveness of each project and make recommendations for future approach
  • Ensure that each project is maximised in terms of a fully integrated roll-out
  • Present both marketing strategy, plans and results to senior stakeholders and cross-function teams
  • Data-driven marketing decision making
  • The Buying Solution – full marketing service, from strategic marketing planning, to implementation of the marketing plan and effective reporting
  • Rural Advisory and Asset Management services – full marketing service for nine rural services lines, ranging from Estate & Rural Portfolio Management to forestry to valuations

 

Professional Experience and Personal Skills Profile:

 

  • At least eight years’ marketing experience within property, professional services, a corporate environment or agency-side
  • Ideally CIM Qualified
  • Ideally both B2C and B2B marketing experience
  • Strong strategic and analytical approach
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Exceptional team player – this role requires a collaborative approach
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Experience across all marketing channels required to deliver campaigns successfully, including organic social, email, website, SEO, paid social and search
  • Experience creating, implementing, and evaluating Marketing communication plans
  • Proof-reading skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organised with an ability to work at speed, across projects with multiple stakeholders without any loss of quality of delivery
  • Confident and articulate, including good presentation skills, quick to learn and empathetic towards others in the business
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, (including Excel and PowerPoint)
