Based at our Global HQ at Baker Street, the marketing team is looking to recruit a Residential Marketing and PR Executive. This is a pivotal role within the Residential Marketing Team. Whilst having clear responsibilities to a designated area of the business the team success requires a flexible approach to support peers on ad-hoc items when required.   You will be highly skilled at planning and running campaigns and delivering results, insights and recommendations.

Relationship management and influencing skills are a key requirement of this role. It’s important that any potential candidate is comfortable working within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and thrives on daily challenges. Whilst being office based, this role will require a number of local office visits as required.

 

The successful candidate will be respnsible for planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns and will have a strong understanding of our product and customer profiles. A degree in Marketing and previous experience in a similar role will be highly beneficial.  The successful candidate will have strong project management and organisational skills and will have the ability to evaluate creative ideas against a business and communications brief.
