An opportunity has presented itself to join us here at Knight Frank, and we are currently seeking to recruit a Regional Property Manager to join our Residential Lettings Management department here at our Global HQ at Baker Street, London.


As part of our Residential Lettings Management team, you will be responsible for the effective management and on-going coaching of a team of Property Managers, whilst simultaneously managing your own property portfolio. In the Regional Property Manager role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with induction processes and providing comprehensive training to new starters
  • Guiding and coaching the team in line with department KPIs and relevant compliance procedures, to include monthly 1 to 1s, weekly catchups, and annual appraisals
  • Day to day management of the team
  • Handling and resolving complaints, and escalating to Head of Property Management where appropriate
  • Collaborating closely with other Regional Property Managers and to communicate news and updates to the team
  • Facilitating pre-tenancy works for your property portfolio, organizing property visits twice a year and action findings accordingly
  • Overseeing routine / emergency maintenance and coordinating refurbishment projects
  • Liaising with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme
  • Reviewing check-out reports and facilitating deposit negotiations between landlords and tenants
  • Paying contract invoices / requesting funds from landlords to ensure works can be carried out
  • Updating Aspasia with float, landlord’s instructions, and any additional clauses in the tenancy agreement
  • Updating property inspections and client contact actions on Aspasia
  • Archiving files / invoices as needed


To be successful in the Regional Property Manager role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a team
  • Minimum 5 years’ property management experience
  • ARLA qualified
  • Experience of client management
  • Basic knowledge of heating and hot water systems, plumbing and electrical
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully lead a team
  • Willingness to keep up to date with legislation changes
