We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team. We are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join our Residential Property Management team at our Global HQ in 55 Baker Street. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with seasoned professionals, supporting landlords and tenants in managing their residential letting portfolios. You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and dedicated team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service to all clients.

 Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage a portfolio of prime properties in London, ensuring outstanding customer service for tenants and landlords.
  • Provide comprehensive property management services, addressing maintenance issues promptly.
  • Conduct pre-tenancy works and annual property visits.
  • Coordinate and oversee refurbishment projects as needed.
  • Maintain and update service and maintenance contracts in accordance with contractual requirements.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • 3+ years in Lettings Property Management
  • Proven ability to manage difficult conversations and build strong professional relationships both internally and externally.
  • Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in Residential Lettings Management.
