We are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join our Residential Property Management team at our Global HQ in 55 Baker Street. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with seasoned professionals, supporting landlords and tenants in managing their residential letting portfolios. You will be part of a dynamic, collaborative, and dedicated team that prides itself on delivering exceptional service to all clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of prime properties in London, ensuring outstanding customer service for tenants and landlords.
- Provide comprehensive property management services, addressing maintenance issues promptly.
- Conduct pre-tenancy works and annual property visits.
- Coordinate and oversee refurbishment projects as needed.
- Maintain and update service and maintenance contracts in accordance with contractual requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- 3+ years in Lettings Property Management
- Proven ability to manage difficult conversations and build strong professional relationships both internally and externally.
- Effective communication skills with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in Residential Lettings Management.
