A great opportunity has arisen to join us here at Knight Frank, and we are currently seeking a Property Administrator to join our Property Asset Management team based at our Global HQ at Baker Street, London.

The Property Asset Management team are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced property administrator to assist their busy Central London team. Working with an established team of surveyors, the candidates will have a wide range of responsibilities and will need to be a strong team player to help the team to deliver an exceptional service to our clients.


In the Property Administrator role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a database of key documentation and chasing up tenants for updated documents
  • Assisting the surveyors in producing service charge packs
  • Liaising with tenants and helping the surveyors to follow up on-going matters
  • Processing simple tenant applications and licences, seeking surveyor support where needed
  • Making appointments and arranging inspections for the client, the Knight Frank team, and others
  • Utilising approved document templates and branding to maintain a consistency of approach and to present a high-quality deliverable
  • Preparing to assist other members of the Promise and PAM team to maintain the best possible service or to meet contractual timeframes
  • Providing a degree of flexibility in your working hours during busy periods
  • Assisting the client’s insurers by providing basic tenancy information and updating tenant charges
  • Maintaining agreed filing system within the Knight Frank systems
  • Assisting the team in logging inspections and tracking performance against agreed client KPIs


To be successful in the Property Administrator role, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • 2 years’ plus experience in a similar role within a surveying / property environment
  • Excellent level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • An excellent communicator and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to work to demanding deadlines
  • A familiarity with Horizon or Yardi accounting systems would be useful but not essential
