A great opportunity has arisen to join us here at Knight Frank, and we are currently seeking a Property Administrator to join our Property Asset Management team.


In the Property Administrator role, you will be responsible for:


  • Maintaining a database of key documentation
  • Assisting the surveyors in producing service charge packs to send to tenants
  • Liaising with tenants and helping surveyors to follow up ongoing matters
  • Processing simple tenant applications and licences
  • Arranging appointments and inspections for clients, the team, and others as required
  • Utilising approved document templates and branding to maintain consistency and to present a high-quality deliverable
  • Assisting other members of the Promise and PAM team to maintain the best possible service / meet contractual timeframes
  • Providing a degree of flexibility in your working hours during busy periods
  • Assisting the client’s insurers by providing basic tenancy information and updating tenant changes
  • Maintaining agreed filing system within the Knight Frank systems
  • Assisting the team in logging inspections and tracking performance of the team against agreed client KPIs


To be successful in the Property Administrator role you will have the following skills and experience:


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a surveying / property environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Familiarity with Horizon or Yardi accounting systems would be useful, but not essential
