ABOUT THE ROLE:

 

We are looking for candidates with the drive and ability to grow their experience with our specialist Landlord and Commercial Investor project management team.

 

They will provide key supporting roles in large-scale, high-profile projects along with the opportunity to lead asset enhancement projects for our valued client base.

 

The successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to analyse project information quickly and efficiently.

 

RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Supporting the feasibility reporting process along with design co-ordination to achieve successful planning approval outcomes.
  • Management of external consultants, including architects and engineers; this will include arranging and preparing meetings and taking minutes for project meetings.
  • Administration of construction projects and contracts.
  • Preparing Gantt Charts
  • Compiling comprehensive monthly reports on progress of the project
  • Managing the project finances and cashflows.
  • Working with the team in terms of marketing and pushing the team forward to further success.
  • Taking part in pitches to Clients.

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 

  • A BSc/MA degree (in a relevant subject such as Building Surveying, Construction Technology or Architecture)
  • A Chartered Surveyor or Project Manager (MRICS or equivalent)
  • At least two years of post RICS qualified experience, working in a related field.
  • A ‘can-do’ attitude and a determination to succeed.
  • An inquisitive mind – keen to develop and learn new things.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • An understanding of Architecture, interior design and workplace would be beneficial.
  • An understanding of Prince2 would be beneficial.
  • Be well presented.
  • Be flexible and able to balance a variety of demands.
  • Accomplished at using Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and Power Point
