We are actively seeking a Procurement Officer to join our Business Services Department at 55 Baker Street. The role's main function will be to assist the Procurement Manager with implementing, monitoring and developing Knight Frank's UK procurement strategy; supporting tender processes; advising on supplier contracts; monitoring service delivery and identifying cost saving opportunities. 

 

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Providing procurement advice on and preparing suitable supplier agreements.
  • Ensuring procurement processes and supplier contracts satisfy internal best practice and professional standards including, ISO 27001, ISO 9001; ISO 14001; RICS codes of practice.
  • Identifying and delivering cost saving initiatives, mitigating business risk and improving sustainability impact.
  • Negotiating with suppliers, preparing, participating and recording the results of negotiations of procurement activity for auditing purposes.

 

The ideal candidate will have completed or be currently studying for a CIPS accredited degree or postgraduate programme and have at least five years experience of procurement. You must be able to research, prepare and present information to stakeholders and possess strong negotiation and customer service skills.
