Working in the City and East Residential Developments team under Raul Cimesa (Partner, Head of City & East New Homes). Dealing with City and East Res Dev and IPM Operations, this role will support the implementation of best practice systems and processes in City and East Residential Development team.  Supported by the City and East team, this role is responsible for obtaining new instructions and business, managing current instructions, managing on site operations in line with targets whilst maintaining a highly professional profile and a relationship with our clients.




Business Generation

  • Creating a business plan and strategy to generate business with an agreed list of targets
  • Developing new business from new and existing clients
  • Managing the sales team in City and East office
  • Managing the onsite sales teams
  • Report writing and pricing exercise compiling
  • International Exhibitions – attending Global exhibitions as appropriate 


Client Care

  • Targeting key clients throughout the year, involving relevant structured meetings and entertaining as necessary.  This will require hours outside of the normal working day
  • Client Liaison: Involving reporting, preparing pitch documents, attending pitches, attending client meetings pre and post exhibitions


Professional Standards

  • Working with the Partner, Res Dev Operations, implementing all systems and processes in line with the New Homes objectives
  • Ensure that the accounts for the team are updated regularly following appropriate and timely invoicing



  • Recruit team members (on site and office based) as necessary and manage them to achieve the New Homes objectives
  • Manage sales, team and WIP meetings when necessary

  • The experience and ability to make and maintain contacts for the profitable development of business
  • You must have the drive to succeed in a competitive marketplace
  • The capacity to promote the professional image of the business effectively
  • The ability to formulate business strategies with the Department Head for the development of the business and implement them positively
  • The ability and willingness to accept responsibility for any delegated management tasks
  • Flexibility to travel to meet the needs of the role




  • Microsoft office skills; advanced Excel, Word and Outlook
