Based from our Global Headquarters in 55 Baker Street, being a consultant at Knight Frank Finance will give you exposure to HNW & UHNW clients requiring mortgages on Prime UK Property or more complex financing solutions against other asset classes. As industry leaders in the large loan market, the team have forged valuable relationships with countless private banks to enable us to provide the most tailored financing solutions to our clients. This is a unique opportunity to join the preeminent team in the private client mortgage segment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Building relationships with introducers throughout allocated Knight Frank front offices, in order to gain referrals.
  • Building relationships with complementary and market aligned introducers outside of Knight Frank in order to gain referrals.
  • Pursuing leads and generating new business/fee income to meet and exceed targets.
  • Providing market leading advice regarding mortgages and other applicable financial products.
  • Advising on the most suitable products available in the market, in order to meet client expectations.
  • Providing exceptional service to a level commensurate to the high standards expected of the Private Office  and building strong relationships with clients, in order to capture repeat future business and client satisfaction
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with all of Knight Frank Finance’s lending counterparties, as well as developing and introducing new lender relationships.
  • Maintaining a good standard of compliance in files, respecting all of Knight Frank Finance’s compliance and practice standards at all times, as well as all regulatory standards and codes of conduct.
  • Managing complex and high profile transactions with the necessary professionalism, discretion, attention to detail and respect for privacy.
  • Taking an entrepreneurial approach to the building and/or maintaining of a personal brand within the industry and private client segment and acting as a strong brand ambassador for the Knight Frank Finance Private Office and wider group.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • CeMAP qualified.
  • 10+ years’ experience in mortgage arranging.
  • Experience working with UHNWI’s.
  • Mortgage Consultant with a background working within a similar sales-focused position in the property industry.
  • Experience working on high value and complex Private Bank and/or Private Credit transactions.
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with business introducers.
