<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Our Energy, Sustainability and Natural Resources team is expanding rapidly and we are keen to continue building an industry leading team with broad expertise and international coverage. The team is well-established, successful and award winning and we are currently looking to recruit a senior consultancy professional who will fulfil the role of number two in the department and lead upon a number of consultancy activities, client work and team management.


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">In this role you will be responsible for:


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">-           Generating and managing client projects in Sustainability, Energy and ESG Consultancy.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">-           Proactively developing the existing Knight Frank client base across the Commercial, Residential and Rural property sectors in order to generate new business.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">-           Taking on the role of number two in the team, with corresponding responsibilities for people management and independent client management and business development.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">-           Offering high quality client advice and attending events that promote the department and firm amongst clients, professional organisations and the wider industry.


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">You will be an experienced Energy and Sustainability professional and will have extensive knowledge of the global Energy, Sustainability and ESG markets as they relate to real assets.


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">You will be a recognised industry leader in this area, will ideally be MRICS qualified (although not essential) and will have 10+ years’ experience primarily in the provision of sustainability, energy and ESG advice to real estate/asset investors, developers and occupiers.
