Knight Frank is looking to hire an experienced Valuer (Partner) to join our rapidly growing Global, Data Centres service line based at our Baker Street HQ.

Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 20,000 people in 600+ Offices across 50 Territories.
Role:
Knight Frank founded the dedicated Data Centre service line in 2021. In this brief time the team has grown to provide capital markets, development agency, occupational services, and data centre valuation. The valuation team has grown to 6 team members and in the last 12 months alone has valued over £8.5BN in data centre assets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive valuation and advisory services for Data Centre clients across the globe and perform detailed valuations of data centres for clients, including assessing their condition, features, and market value. However, perhaps more importantly, they will also be encouraged to liaise with clients, attend conferences, and help the head of the valuation team win and retain business.
Responsibilities:
- Build client relationships and assist winning new business mandates.
- Prepare and deliver valuation reports for data centres (Travel required)
- Research and analyse data centre market trends and performance of data centre assets.
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
- Utilise financial modelling skills.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the data centre industry.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the data centre industry.
- Attend conferences and other industry events to stay abreast of the latest trends and developments. (Travel required)
- Assess data centre condition, features, and market value. (Travel required)
- Implement processes and procedures to ensure accurate valuations.
- Provide recommendations to clients on the most appropriate valuation methods.
- Adhere to industry regulations and standards.
- Assist and work alongside our Head of Data Centre Valuations.
- Provide oversight vetting and signature responsibilities within Data Centre Valuations.
Key Experience Required:
- RICS Chartered Surveyor.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in valuing real estate assets.
- Experience valuing data centres not essential but preferred.
- Experienced DCF valuer, preferably with trading asset experience.
- Linguistic skills preferred.
