Knight Frank Finance is looking to hire a Paraplanner to join the Knight Frank Finance Operations department.

 

Knight Frank Finance is an independent mortgage and protection insurance advisory service from Knight Frank, the world’s largest privately owned global real estate agency and consultancy and extends the same quality, integrity and diligence associated with the Knight Frank name around the world.

 

Role:

Supported by the Paraplanner Team Leader, this role is responsible for delivering a professional and excellent service to the business partners, ensuring that they can focus on new business opportunities by supporting them on the front end sales process. The role will require the person to work closely with the consultant and is accountable to ensure that their files meet the file standards set out within the sales policy.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist key partners with client meeting preparation, including market research and producing KFI, ESIS, and illustrations.
  • Support clients in gathering documentation for meetings and provider applications.
  • Process applications through the administrative workflow post-submission.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client and third-party queries.
  • Liaise with product providers, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents as required.
  • Prepare suitability reports in line with agreed recommendations.
  • Complete and ensure compliance of application and proposal forms.
  • Organise and attend client meetings with advisers, if needed.
  • Respond promptly to client and provider enquiries via phone and email.
  • Manage client fees on the CRM system and handle fee-related tasks.
  • Monitor and resolve sales process breaches within specified timeframes.
  • Submit documents to lenders while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy by verifying all client data and paperwork.
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with partners/associates and attend manager meetings.
  • Oversee brokers' hotbox, ensuring all leads are actioned and statuses updated.

 

Key Experience Required:

  • 1+ years’ previous experience in a paraplanner position.
