Knight Frank is looking to hire an Operations Executive to provide operational management of London PAM team, working alongside Head of PAM Service Line

Role:
Working closely with PAM Service Line overseeing and managing the effective running of PAM London and all the operational processes within it. Offering solutions, ideas and making judgements and decisions on behalf of Head of PAM Service Line as and when required. You will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service; managing the daily operations, processes and support staff line management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive 1:1 support for stakeholders, managing daily PAM London operations.
- Coordinate Exec and Ops Board meetings, including preparation, minuting, and action follow-up.
- Organise Town Halls/Strategy Days, supporting logistics, document preparation, and action tracking.
- Develop operational strategies to foster growth, ownership, and client relationships.
- Oversee yearly accreditation processes and drive operational transformation initiatives.
- Manage bi-annual business planning processes with stakeholders and finance partners.
- Oversee the Three-Year Plan process to track and achieve departmental goals.
- Handle PAM London financials, including budget reviews, profitability analysis, and expense management.
- Coordinate referral processes and budget planning for new recruits.
- Line-manage business support staff, including appraisals, coaching, and career development.
- Lead recruitment processes: job specs, CV screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
- Oversee onboarding, buddy programmes, and induction for new starters and regional staff.
- Improve organisational processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Develop tender responses, manage marketing materials, and oversee CRM programmes.
- Coordinate events, from planning to execution, including client engagement.
Key Experience Required:
- 5+ year experience in a similar operations or administrative role
- Proficient using Microsoft Office
