Our Residential Investments team are looking for an operations co-ordinator to work directly with the partners in the European and UK Residential Investments team and support the broader team. We are looking for an individual who can deal with a range of responsibilities, someone who is also highly organised and proactive with a high level of personal initiative. The role will include general administration and team duties including invoicing, diary management, arranging travel and client communications.

 

We are looking for a dedicated individual with a high attention to detail, ability to prioritise, handle confidential information, be efficient and hardworking and excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills. 

 

Responsibilities

           

  • Ability to communicate with others in a professional and helpful manner, both face-to-face and on the telephone/virtually
  • Flexibility, adaptability and a co-operative attitude
  • Good English grammar and spelling
  • Acting as an ambassador for the Partners and team at all times and carrying out duties in a discreet, diplomatic and efficient manner
  • Arranging UK and overseas travel
  • Organisation of travel itineraries – including visas, hotels, flights, currency etc.
  • Supporting email and diary management  
  • Assisting with team diaries, and if requested, helping to make appointments and arrangements for all meetings with clients and colleagues
  • Invoicing
  • Supporting compliance and due diligence teams internally where necessary
  • Preparing reports, agendas and papers for meetings
  • Minute-taking in meetings
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Coordinating expense claims across the department and directly supporting Partners manage their expenses
  • Research and administrative projects when required
  • Being aware of all current projects to ensure the best possible service is provided
  • Preparation of team business cards, CVs and other collateral using the Drag & Drop system
  • Assisting with Social Media promotion for the team
