Knight Frank is looking to hire an Operations Coordinator to support with the running of our Lettings office in Belgravia, London.

Role:
The Operations Coordinator will contribute to a positive culture within the team to deliver department objectives and initiatives and support with a smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Collating all collateral for new property listings including property activity records, ordering land registry title checks and ensuring that hub records and accurate and maintained
- Assisting with KYC/CDD process for clients and counterparties
- Prepare reports for weekly and monthly meetings, MBOs and ad hoc
- Systems champion – be a trouble shooter with system processes and procedures
- Manage the departments accounts including invoices, creating purchase orders and monitoring management reporting
- Managing all information security for the office
- Onboarding new starters and processing leavers within the team
- Assisting the team with expenses and any ad hoc support that they need
- Update property listings by refreshing photographs and text as necessary
- Supply imagery and property information for regional publications and central marketing campaigns
- Produce pitching material and window cards for the office
- Manage the Health and Safety for the office and ensure all necessary safety checks are completed and logged
- Assist with office refurbishment programmes, relocations or closures
- Support the Dept Head ensuring adequate cover is in place in the office
Key Experience Required:
- 3 years+ experience in a similar Operations or Administrative role
- Strong IT Skills - Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the industry is a bonus
