Based in our head office in Central London, the Lettings Property Management and Lettings Accounts team are looking to recruit an Office Manager to ensure a smooth running of the department.  This is a really exciting opportunity to manage a fast-paced team and assist the whole team with administrative tasks.

 

Your role will involve:

  • Ensuring the teams working area is safe and suitably equipped with IT equipment and furniture etc
  • Ensuring all prejoining activities have been completed before a new joiner’s first day
  • Supporting the team leaders in coordinating annual appraisals for their teams, including ensuring appropriate paperwork is completed
  • Diary management and scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Processing invoices on our inhouse system

 

You will have 2+ years’ experience working within a residential Lettings administration role and will be a hardworking and highly organised individual.  You will be keen to help the team and get stuck in where is needed.  This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to help a great team and build your career within the Lettings team.
