We are looking for a Personal Assistant/ Office Manager to the Head of Hotel Agency which is part of our Commercial Division based at our Head Offices on Baker Street.  

Our Hotel Agency department is a high paced team working within an exciting and dynamic environment. Therefore, you will be highly motivated and results driven PA/Office Manager who is confident in offering your own solutions and ideas as well as helping to make judgements and decisions on behalf the department.

 Your main responsibilities will include:

  • PA support to the Head of Hotel Agency- diary management, organisation of internal/ external meeting and viewing including preparing required papers
  • Office Management Support- working with the department heads to coordinate day to day operations of the hotel team
  • Support Staff Management- line manage the Team Secretary, conduct 1;1’s and appraisals
  • Facilities and Accommodation Coordination; managing facilities by planning space allocations, layouts and maintenance issues to ensure an efficient running of the office
  • Providing support on marketing projects including website, marketing collateral, sales brochures, events invites, property summaries etc

As well as wide variety of additional responsibilities.

You will be an experienced PA/ Office Manager who is very driven and enjoys a varied role. You will have knowledge of Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat and Database Management software systems. Additionally, you will have experience using Social Media for business purposes including LinkedIn, Yammer and Google+. Overall, you will be highly organised and adaptable with strong communication skills.
