We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our busy, fast paced Wandsworth office.


You will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service to our Wandsworth office and ensuring the smooth running of the office whilst also providing assistance to the Department Heads.


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Being point of contact for team to deal with all administrative duties
  • Effective and high quality end-to-end administration for all sales instructions
  • Liaising with customers on a daily basis
  • Acting as an ambassador for the office at all times and carrying out all duties in a discreet, diplomatic and efficient manner
  • Extensive diary management - full control and maintenance of Department Head’s diary, making appointments and arrangements for meetings with clients and colleagues
  • Email/telephone management - intercept incoming telephone calls and emails regularly
  • Copy typing letters, memos, minutes, agendas and organisation of meetings and viewings
  • Preparation of all marketing materials using Knight Frank marketing systems, including property brochures, window cards, reverse canvassing and mail shot campaigns.
  • Carrying out CDD/AML checks in line with government legislation
  • Managing the electronic filing system, corporate travel arrangements, database management and monitoring of office KPI’s and training new starters where necessary
  • Compile and process expenses
  • Use of the Knight Frank invoicing system, maintain a record of all invoices raised.
  • Risk management, health and safety, sustainability, security - Office alarm, key security, lone working


Qualifications/Education Required:

  • 3 years+ experience in a similar administrative role
  • Background in the property sector would be preferred but not essential
  • IT Skills - Word (Advanced), Excel (Intermediate), PowerPoint, Outlook


Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required:

  • Flexible, adaptable and cooperative with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • An independent self-starter with excellent people skills, the ability to think on your feet and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Have the necessary organisation skills to be able to prioritise workload as well as provide an efficient support service to the department.
  • Good standard of English grammar and spelling and takes pride in presentation of work.
  • Dedicated, loyal, diligent and punctual with a tidy manner.
  • Well presented with a clear speaking voice.
  • An enthusiastic and proactive attitude to problem solving.
  • A logical and methodical approach to workload.
