Based in 55 Baker Street, our Global HQ, the Private Office Team are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to work with the Private Wealth Client Management. Supported by two Partners in the team, you will be responsible for the management of the buyer database and marketing of client’s properties, whilst maintaining a high professional profile within the market, built on trust and integrity. All undertaken as part of a dedicated team with direct training, focused on achieving set sales targets.
Responsibilities
Business Generation & Fee Income
- Help manage, and continue to obtain, properties of a suitable quality and in sufficient quantity to achieve agreed business targets; this includes implementing each respective marketing campaign (photos/brochures/advertising/PR) etc
- Help manage, and continue to find, buyers and negotiate the sale of properties
- Understand the various Global Markets that HNWI’s are active in; important to quickly develop a general understanding and have a sound knowledge of all aspects of property values, and market movements, together with a keen awareness of local competition
- Research data accurately and present this information in writing to a high professional standard
Client Care
- Communicate fully with all concerned to ensure that sales are managed in an efficient and professional manner; weekly reporting
- Maintain a high profile in the Global Markets in order to obtain introductions to prospective clients
Professional Standards
- Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership
- Be responsible for all outstanding monies in relation to properties sold
Professional experience and personal skills profile
Career Experience Required
- 3+ years’ experience in a sales role
- Experience of the Prime and Central London Property Market
Particular Aptitudes/Skills Required
- The experience, ability and enthusiasm to make and maintain contacts for the profitable development of business
- To have an empathic understanding of different cultures, and their respective nuances, that impact how we implement our day-to-day business
- Dedicated energetic sales professional with experience of a sales agency environment
- The ability to contribute to the formulation of business strategies with the Partner in charge for the development of the sector and implement them positively
- A willingness and flexibility to travel, when needed
- Russian speaking would be advantageous but not essential
