Based at our global HQ in Baker Street, the National Retail Agency Team is looking to recruit a Senior Surveyor / Associate with 4-5 years minimum relevant leasing experience.

The team has an excellent book of work on which the candidate will immediately start to work including a portfolio of national UK shopping centres.

Job Summary   

This exciting role sits within our highly successful team National Retail Agency team which is based in London, where you will be handling both landlord and tenant representation mandates.

Business Generation & Fee Income

• Run leasing mandates on behalf of retained landlords including Legal and General, M&G, Ardent, Sovereign Centros and Ballymore.
• Supporting other teams within Knight Frank including capital markets, property asset management and residential.
• Winning new business where possible, from both landlords and tenants.
• Through existing contacts and mandates, refer opportunities to other parts of the Knight Frank business. 

Client Care

• Client facing role where candidate is expected to lead and daily-manage senior client relationships.
• Regular liaison and reporting anticipated.
• Regular pitching opportunities for new business wins.

Professional Standards

• Have excellent industry contacts: landlords, tenants and agents.
• A recognised and active leasing agent in this area with 2-5 years relevant PQE.
• RICS qualified (preferable but not essential).
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality in respect of all work undertaken

Team

• Be an enthusiastic and pro-active team member, willing to work with multiple internal teams.
• Ability to manage more junior colleagues and keen to develop and grow with the team in medium term.

• Must hold a degree or relevant professional qualification
• RICS qualified beneficial
• Must have +2 years relevant experience

• Microsoft applications
