The Buying Solution (TBS) is looking to hire a Marketing Executive to be their dedicated point of contact to deliver all aspects of their marketing strategy.

 

TBS is Knight Frank’s independent buying consultancy with over 200 years of collective experience. We source exceptional properties for our clients in the most sought-after areas in London and the English countryside. 

 

This is an exciting role within TBS to be their dedicated marketing exec and delivering all aspects of their marketing strategy. You will be highly skilled at planning and running campaigns and delivering results, insights and recommendations. You will be guided by a Knight Frank Senior Marketing Manager who will advise on strategy development and the direction of the marketing plan.

It’s important that any potential candidate is experienced in delivering across marketing channels as they will be responsible for delivering and managing a wide variety of activities including newsletters, social media, sponsorships, digital and internal communications.

 

The role would ideally see the sucessful candidate spend some time in The Buying Solution's Kensington and Newbury offices, along with Knight Frank's head office, 55 Baker Street

 

Responsibilities

  • Implement the TBS marketing plan, with a focus on delivery and increasing the profile of the TBS team, both internally and externally.
  • Maintain and update the TBS website including uploading content, measuring web traffic and monitoring and improving SEO.
  • Responsible for the delivery and implementation of all marketing activities ensuring that they are brand aligned
  • Working alongside Knight Frank marketing to develop an Internal Communications strategy, focusing on our Referral Strategy, as well as creating eminence for the TBS brand & individual agent profiles.
  • Liaise with KF Marketing on relevant upcoming KF publications and Events.
  • Develop and implement a digital marketing plan for external communication i.e. brand awareness, profile building, blogs, newsletters, research etc…, linking with our PR agency, Maison Communications.
  • Monitor the content and tone of voice within TBS marketing material in line with TBS brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with the TBS team, create content for blogs/website, newsletters etc – working with our copywriter when required.
  • Identify and coordinate any TBS digital or marketing opportunities within KF local offices.
  • Ensure all costs are kept within budget and we are maximising brand profile potential out of regional budget allocations.

 

Social Media

  • Point of contact for KF Social Media team. 
  • Develop and implement a Social Media strategy for both TBS and individuals to increase engagement and followers. 
  • Oversee and manage the TBS Instagram and LinkedIn accounts - Main social media focus
  • Monitor Twitter and Facebook accounts.
  • Monitor activity on individual TBS Instagram accounts and provide advice on how to enhance profile building and followers.

 

PR Tasks

  • Work closely with Operations Exec to build on relationship with PR firm, Maison Communications (quarterly meetings) and build profiles of all fee earners.
  • Promotion of press coverage through media channels (website and social media).

 

       Professional experience and personal skills profile

  • Degree in Marketing or a CIM qualification would be an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Confident communicator and presenter
  • Strong project management/organisational skills
  • Excellent written communication and project management skills
  • Experience of the full creative process (briefing, planning, developing, execution and evaluation)
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications: including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in delivering social media strategies
  • Dotdigital, Drag and Drop (advantageous but not essential)
